Couldn't load pickup availability
Condition: This is a B-Stock Custom Shop Randy Rhoads. The reason this is a b-stock is because of a couple of minor cosmetic issues. 1) There must have been a tiny chip/ding in the paint on the neck that was finished over. It is now smooth to the touch (completed before we received the guitar). 2) There was also two chips/dings on the longer horn that have been refinished and are now smooth to the touch (completed before we received the guitar). 3) A deep scratch in the finish on the shorter horn. All of the items are shown in the photos. It comes equipped with our Pro-Tech setup and Jackson’s warranty. Drop Dee Guitars is an authorized dealer of Jackson Guitars.

- Make any adjustments so the neck is straight to avoid any fret buzzing and for comfort
- Check the nut and nut slots for any adjustments/filing to prevent any tuning issues, as well as for comfort at the lower frets
- Make any adjustments to the bridge/tremolo system so it’s in the proper position for tuning stability
- Set the action to a height that feels comfortable for each guitar

Shipping Policy
Free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states. We have 2-day shipping available for $100. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship due to setting up the guitar and packing your order. You will receive an email update with tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to decide if it's the one for you or not. Please contact us within 14 days if you would like to initiate a return. We will share instructions on how and where to send your item.
All pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
All custom ordered guitar sales are final - no returns accepted. All international order sales are final - no returns accepted.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Drop Dee Guitars. Our outgoing shipping expenses and processing fees associated with your order will be deducted from the refund amount. Processing fees are not reimbursed to us by the payment processor when we issue a refund. Processing fees are around 3-4% of the sale and shipping expenses can be anywhere from $20-$100+.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item returns not in its original condition/missing original packaging or accessories, the condition will be assessed by our team and a restocking fee may be assessed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
