Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We use Shop Pay for any payment plans which is powered by Affirm. You can see what you qualify for on the website.

Do you accept trades?

Yes! We do accept trades. Please visit our Trade/Sell Page to share more details on your trade and receive your trade value.

Can I trade/sell my guitar if I'm not local to your store?

Yes! Most of our trades/sales come from customers who are not local to us. Just reach out to us and we can share details on how to make that a smooth process for you.

Does Drop Dee Guitars have a showroom where I can play the guitars?

Yes! We have a 1-on-1 experience where you're able to test and play any guitar that we have in stock. We are located in Chattanooga, TN and are by appointment only. To book an appointment, visit our Appointment Page.

Do I need an appointment to come in person?

Yes, you need an appointment to be able to come into our Chattanooga, TN showroom. You can reach out to schedule an appointment by contacting us or going to our Appointment Page.

What brands does Drop Dee Guitars carry?

We carry brands who focus on modern guitars. This includes the bigger names like ESP and Ibanez all the way down to smaller teams like Aviator and GV Guitars and everything in between.

Will I receive the same guitar in the photos?

Yes! You will receive the same exact guitar that is pictured online. Sometimes we do exclusive runs where there are multiple stocks so we'll send over additional photos so that you can pick your favorite.

Can I place a custom shop order?

Yes! We're able to build custom shop pieces from all of the brands that we carry that have a custom shop. We're here to collaborate and help build your dream guitar with your favorite brand.

Can you order a product you don't have in stock?

Absolutely! We can order any guitar from any of the brands we're an authorized dealer for. Just let us know and we can get that on order for you.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping and return policies?

Please review our Shipping Policy and Return Policy to review our entire shipping and return policies.

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.

Our return policy is 14 days, but please review our policies page above for further details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please reach out to us so that we can quote you for shipping.

**All VAT and any costs associated with receiving/importing the guitar will be the customer's responsibility to pay.**

How long does delivery take?

Delivery varies depending on your location. We use UPS Ground for standard shipping and that normally takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.
