DiMarzio® Air Norton™ / True Velvet™ / The Tone Zone® pickups - The DiMarzio® Air Norton™, True Velvet™ and Tone Zone® pickups offer depth, warmth and rich dynamics when combined with the 5-way pickup switch.
Special j.custom Neck - RG j.custom Super Wizard 5pc Maple/Wenge neck includes jumbo frets finished with our j.custom special fret edge treatment for a super smooth and comfortable performance. The "Velvetouch" finish on the back of the neck ensures a "just right" feel and easy playability.
All Access Neck Joint - j.custom special neck joint offers superior playability at the high frets.
Condition: This is a B-Stock J Custom RG8570. The reason this is a b-stock is because of two heel cracks in the finish on each side of the neck joint (see photos). These finish cracks are still open. It comes equipped with our Pro-Tech setup and Ibanez’s warranty. Drop Dee Guitars is an authorized dealer of Ibanez Guitars.
Pro-Tech Setup: Our Pro-Tech setup makes your guitar ready to rock straight out of the box. Here’s how..
- Make any adjustments so the neck is straight to avoid any fret buzzing and for comfort
- Check the nut and nut slots for any adjustments/filing to prevent any tuning issues, as well as for comfort at the lower frets
- Make any adjustments to the bridge/tremolo system so it’s in the proper position for tuning stability
- Set the action to a height that feels comfortable for each guitar
- Set the intonation so you’re in tune everywhere on the neck
All of these steps will make your brand new guitar feel as comfortable as ever and ready to play straight out of the box!

Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of TN. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.
Do you accept trades?

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please reach out to us to get a quote for shipping internationally.
What's your shipping and return policy?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
