Shipping policy

Free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders. We ship guitars using UPS Ground which will be 1-5 days delivery depending on your location. We normally ship within 1 or 2 business days of your order being placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. You will receive an email update with tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.

We do ship internationally. You can contact us to receive a quote for shipping to your country.

All VAT and any other costs associated with receiving/importing the guitar will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

 

All guitars will be packaged safely and securely so they arrive to your location ready to play.
